Dauphin County Man Killed In York Motorcycle Crash: Troopers Authorities have named the 21-year-old motorcyclist killed in a Fairview Township crash on Sunday, May 19.  Issaiha Seiders was headed north in the left lane of Interstate 83 when he merged right into the center lane, state police said in a release.  As he began to pass a Ford Fusion in the left lane, the Ford merged right, striking Seiders' motorcycle and knocking onto the right shoulder, according to troopers.  Seiders, of Halifax, was pronounced dead at the scene and a passenger on his motorcycle was flown to Hershey Medical Center with serious injuries. Elderly Couple Dies In Murder-Suicide: Lehigh County Coroner Officials are investigating an apparent murder-suicide in North Whitehall Township on Saturday, May 18, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  Authorities said 78-year-old Harvey H. Hartung shot his wife, 79-year-old Carol A. Hartung, before turning the gun on himself.
