The annual Hudson Valley Exposition returns to the Peekskill Riverfront Green on Saturday, August 5, from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. The event features fireworks and a headline performance by Gary U.S. Bonds. “We are showcasing everything that makes the Hudson Valley such a special place to experience,” said Deb Milone, director of the expo.  The Exposition is designed to promote what the Hudson Valley has to offer.  Admission is a $10 suggested donation while kids are free. Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival Returns To Dutchess The Hudson Valley will be full of hot air balloons this weekend.The Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival from Friday, July 7 to Sunday, July 9 with more than 80 launches between Friday and Sunday. The festival will be held at Barton Orchards at 63 Apple Tree Lane in Poughquag.
