Teodros Girma, of Gainesville, approached a woman around 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 12 on Deming Drive, and went into the woman's apartment together, Prince William County police said. Girma prevented her from leaving and inappropriately touched her, police said. The victim eventually left the apartment and reported the incident to a family member who contacted the police.  Girma was arrested and charged with abduction with intent to defile and sexual assault.
