An alert has been issued for Dexter, a Shih Tzu that belongs to a disabled little girl who has been reported missing on Croton Avenue. Dexter’s family reported the white and brown dog as missing on Thursday morning. According to the family, Dexter is a therapy dog for their daughter, Ashley, and “they are so loved and missed by the family.
