Seen Him? Missing 18-Year-Old May Be In Region Police are asking for help in locating an 18-year-old Hudson Valley man who was reported missing. Orange County resident Tyler Rivera was last seen at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, in the village of Washingtonville on Emerson Drive. Rivera is considered a vulnerable adult with autism and may be in need of medical attention, according to the Washingtonville Village Police Department. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a light gray sweatshirt, blue sweatpants, white sneakers, and was carrying a black backpack. Police said he may have traveled to Ulster County. Man From Region Busted With 'Large Quantity' Of Fentanyl, Police Say A Hudson Valley alleged drug dealer has been charged with possession of a large quantity of fentanyl following an investigation. Dutchess County resident Shaquille Heirs, age 29, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Thursday, April 25, after he was captured in the town of Poughkeepsie.  According to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris of the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office Drug Task Force, Heirs became a target after a raid on a South Clinton Street home in March.  During the raid, Harris said Heirs had a large quantity of fentanyl packaged to sell.  "This area of South Clinton …
