New Haven County resident Edgar Alamo, age 23, of Meriden, was arrested on the charges on Sunday, April 28 in Milford. The plane crashed around 7:10 a.m., Thursday, May 2, near Daniel Village, Georgia, and was headed for New Haven, the Richmond County Sheriff's Office in Augusta, Georgia. Man With 19 Arrests Caught Again In Lloyd With Stolen Property, Cops Say A man on parole with 19 prior arrests and five convictions has been nabbed again for allegedly stealing property. Tobi C. Tobin, age 54, homeless, was arrested on Monday, April 29, in Ulster County in the town of Lloyd for criminal possession of stolen property. Road Rage: Man Nabbed For Incident In CT A 24-year-old man who allegedly pointed a BB gun at a tow truck driver on I-95 in Fairfield County and slowed down to 5 mph has been charged by state police.
