Tami L. Parker of Macedon, N.Y., was arrested and charged with misdemeanor second-degree promoting prison contraband after she was found in possession of food cans with marijuana inside, according to New York State Police. Parker was released on her own recognizance and ordered to appear Tuesday, May 27, in Ossining Justice Court.
