Yeager of Eastport in Suffolk County. Both were charged with the felony crimes of third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.

Lussier was arraigned in Southeast Justice Court and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash/ $10,000 bail-bond. He has a future court date at the Town of Patterson Justice Court.
