OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining firefighters battled a working fire at 21 Edward St. on Wednesday.

While Ossining firefighters could not immediately provide more details, according to Kempter's Fire Wire, multiple agencies assisted the department and Con Edison is also on the scene.

Raymond Sanchez, the superintendent of the Ossining School District, said the fire may cause delays in bus arrivals to homes when school is dismissed.
