OSSINING, N.Y. - Sara Antell Geyer of Ossining died Nov. 5. She was 85.
Geyer was born Dec. 5, 1928, in Elmira, to Colonel Henrick Antell and Dorothy VanHorn Antell. She graduated from Elmira College and worked for the Rockefeller Foundation before marriage. She worked for many years for Raymond D. Mutter MD, until her retirement.
Geyer is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Barbara Watts (William Jr.) of Alexandria, Va., Richard C. Geyer of Cincinnati, Ohio, Amy Berg (Peter) of Fishkill; son-in-law, Daniel Coster of Rye Brook; and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Ralph E. Antell, Robert H. Antell; sister, Jean A. Feltner; and daughter, Margaret G. Coster.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 15 at the Briarcliff Congregational Church, 30 South State Road, Briarcliff Manor.
