Sex Offender Reports Move To Ossining

A registered sex offender convicted of raping two teenage girls has reported an address change in Westchester County.

The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Thursday to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 53-year-old Christopher DiGirolamo, who has moved from the Bronx to a residence on Stone Avenue in Ossining.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned DiGirolamo a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.”

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, DiGirolamo had deviate sexual intercourse and sexual contact with a 14 and 16-year-old girl in 2008. He was arrested by the Croton-on-Hudson Village Police Department and sentenced to two years in state prison. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Ossining Village Police Department.
