In the half-hour program high school students Brendan Zarkower, Jeffrey Guzman, Ross Beroff, Alanna Powers and Cat Purdy discuss their experiences interning in Galef’s district office during the summer.

Beroff and Zarkower are headed to Northeastern University and Binghamton University, respectively. Powers was an active member of the office who will be continuing her education at George Mason University this fall. Purdy also will be continuing her studies in mass communications at Franklin Pierce University and Guzman will be entering the 11th grade at the Hackley School in Tarytown. Building upon their experiences in Galef’s office, the five plan to remain active in political activities throughout their studies.
