Ossining Police Charge Two Teens With Assault

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining Police have arrested two teenagers accused of beating a 42-year-old man in the village on Monday Dec. 2, according to Patch.com.

The two teens, an 18-year-old male and a 16-year-old female were charged third-degree assault. The female suspect was also charged with second-degree tampering with a witness after threatening the victim, patch.com said.

Police claim the victim and the two suspects have had an ongoing dispute, according to Patch.com.
