Spike Lee's newest project is being shot in the right in the Village of Ossining.
The acclaimed director of "Malcolm X," "Inside Man," and "Do The Right Thing," was filming "311" in Ossining Wednesday, Oct. 25.
A reader spotted trailers and craft services along with shiny black SUVs with tinted windows near the Old Croton Aqueduct. A police car was seen at the intersection of Croton Avenue, Route 9 and Main Street with a sign on the windshield saying “Set Entry”
"Ossining has many beautiful and interesting locations that appeal to production companies," Mayor Victoria Gearity said. "Our village manager's office and the Ossining Police Department work hard to be welcoming to production companies while minimizing any inconvenience or interruption for residents and merchants."
