The Paint the Night Event will be held to raise funds for Lori and Mike Adams and her two sons, Cadence, 3, and Asher, 2. Both boys have been diagnosed with MPSII Hunter's Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that causes permanent and progressive damage affecting appearance, mental development, organ function and physical abilities. The disorder occurs when an enzyme a body needs is either missing or doesn’t work properly. There is no cure for the disorder.

Lori grew up in Yorktown Heights and attended Yorktown High School and Manhattanville College. She and her family now live in Florida.

The event is stress-free and easy – no artistic experience is required. Tickets include all supplies and participants take home a canvas of your their creation. A cash bar and raffle add to the night’s fun activities. One-hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to the family.

Tickets are $55 per adult. RSVP to Susan Harris at 914-962-0942 or Jessica Bynes at 914-227-3637. For those who can't attend the event, donations are appreciated at OurLittleIronmen.com.
