His latest venture is The Briarcliff Manor featuring Antipasti di Napoli Trattoria & Bar. The building, rumored to have inspired the Tara estate depicted in the movie "Gone With the Wind," features Old World charm and turn-of-the-century architecture.

With two locations in one, guests can experience a private mansion for any catered affair and a unique dining experience with cuisine created from fresh and local ingredients, all served with sweeping views of the romantic mansion on the hill, built in 1902, formerly Maison Lafitte and most recently the Haymount House.

The Briarcliff Manor is a full-service banquet and catering venue for weddings, bridal showers, corporate gatherings or special occasions of any kind.

The venue, which can accommodate up to 300 guests, is focusing on offering customers affordable elegance for one-of-a-kind events. The property features year-round views of the Hudson River and serene walking grounds.

In addition to the catering venue at The Briarcliff Manor, DiNapoli is introducing Antipasti di Napoli Trattoria & Bar, a unique dinning option for customers to enjoy menu items that incorporate distinct flavors from the various regions of Italy. With a new twist on small-bite Italian cuisine, the trattoria-style restaurant is designed to entertain colleagues after work, dine with friends or enjoy sunset cocktails.

The restaurant will soon feature an antipasto bar, giving customers a buffet-style selection of small bites and the finest in Italian meats and vegetables. DiNapoli, who lives in Harrison, brings to the table more than 25 years’ experience in the restaurant and catering industry.

The Briarcliff Manor will be hosting grand opening events in early June where local residents, businesses, town employees and dignitaries will be treated to food sampling, complimentary beverages and live entertainment.

DiNapoli feels strongly about his involvement in the local community and is planning events throughout the year. “Giving back to the place where my business is rooted has always been important to me and something I take to heart,” said DiNapoli.
