The event featured performances by the Ossining High School band and local disc jockey, DJ Derrick Williams.

Highlights included the national anthem sung by a student of Mike Risko's Music School, cheer team performances, and flag football games throughout the night.

The team played a scrimmage against second-graders from Rye. One of the highlights was when four-year-old Gio Toribio, who is battling cancer, was welcomed onto the field.  Toribio was supposed to play on the flag league this year, but was unable to do so, she explained.

Alex Vallone, Gio's uncle, is one of the coaches. Proceeds from a 50/50 raffle were donated to Gio's family.

"Our motto here at OLLF/OLLC is 'we are family.' We consider them family,"  Lisa Hillard, OLLF treasurer and fundraising director, said.
