Middle school students are raising money to help benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The society is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing education and patient services, representatives said.
The middle school has raised $867 so far with a goal of $2,000.
"If you wish to donate you may send a check written out to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and/or send cash or coins with your child," representatives said. Our campaign concludes this Friday [March 21] with our 3rd Annual Dancing with the Staff event where staff performs and we announce a running count of donations. Thank you in advance for your support."
