OSSINING, N.Y. -- Claremont School's fourth grade took a class trip to Philipsburg Manor.
They learned all about how the Philips family lived and toured the house and its property.
The tour guides were dressed in costume to give them an idea of how people used to live.
The kids learned how to make flour in the grist mill and how it was traded for sugar n the past.
