Briarcliff MS Boutique Raises $900 For American Cancer Society

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- Briarcliff Middle School’s annual holiday boutique brought together students, teachers and parents in a spirited afternoon of music, refreshments and holiday gifts.

Orchestra and jazz band members performed in the library, while students from the greenhouse, marine biology, international, art and clay clubs and home and careers classes served refreshments and sold hand-crafted items to benefit the American Cancer Society.

In total, the holiday boutique brought in $912 for the organization. 

“This has become an annual event where our entire school community comes together for such a worthy cause,” said Kusum Sinha, assistant superintendent for curriculum, instruction, assessment and human resources. “Thank you to Ms. Yulo, Ms. Dubin and Mr. Iovino for coordinating this event.”
