POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Dennis M. Marinucci, of the Town of Poughkeepsie, died Aug. 24. He was 66.
He was born June 4, 1950, in Poughkeepsie, the son of Albert and Alice Harris Marinucci.
He married Patricia A. Bailey Dec. 26, 1971 in Poughkeepsie; she survives at home.
He was employed at Casperkill Golf Course in Poughkeepsie as a groundskeeper and was a Vietnam War veteran serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors also include his sons, Brian (Kate) Marinucci of Poughkeepsie, Justin (Ines) Marinucci of Hopewell Junction and Jonathan Marinucci and his fiancée Carole VanVliet of Poughkeepsie; daughter, Lauren Marinucci and her son Alex with whom he made his home; sister, Dawn Plass of Pleasant Valley; nine additional grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Saturday at the William G. Miller & Son Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie. Services will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
