A three-unit building on 65 Hunter Street had significant structural problems such as a rear extension with no foundation, but has now been repaired and restored. It will provide apartments to three working class families and features a shared use front porch and yard with views of the Hudson River.

Located on the same building lot, a five-unit property at 2 James Street also underwent a gut renovation and repairs to major structural issues. The three-story building will provide homes to five families. It also features views of the Hudson River.

IFCA embarked on major rehabilitation of all 14 of its properties in 2015.
