CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Cortlandt Manor resident Lisa Turner-Palmaffy has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Croton-on-Hudson office.
As an associate real estate broker, Turner-Palmaffy will provide residential real estate services in Croton-on-Hudson, Cortlandt, Ossining, Peekskill and the surrounding communities in Northern Westchester County.
With 10 years of experience serving homebuyers and sellers, Turner-Palmaffy has maintained a consistent record of accomplishments. Prior to her affiliation with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Turner-Palmaffy owned and operated HomeQuest Realty Inc., a real estate firm based in Peekskill, for eight years.
“Lisa is an accomplished real estate professional who demonstrates incredible passion when it comes to helping her clients achieve their goals. She works hard and is sensitive to the needs of the homebuyers and sellers who turn to her for her expertise and guidance,” said Barrie Scaglione, branch office manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Croton-on-Hudson. “I am very happy that Lisa has affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and I’m confident that she will continue to achieve tremendous success into the future.”
Before becoming a real estate professional, Turner-Palmaffy worked as a licensed practical nurse at the Hudson Valley Hospital Center and Cortlandt Healthcare. She and her husband Michael, as well as their four children, are lifelong residents of Westchester and Putnam counties.
“After eight years of running my own real estate business, I realized my true passion is working with clients. Owning a real estate office is a fantastic accomplishment. However, running and managing the office takes a lot of time and energy away from what I truly love to do: successfully negotiating real estate transactions for home buyers and sellers,” said Turner-Palmaffy. “I chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because it offers the marketing tools and technological resources that are essential to be successful in today’s real estate environment.”
Turner-Palmaffy can be reached at the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Croton-on-Hudson office, 1392 Albany Post Road at 914-271-8309.
