OSSINING, N.Y. -- Michael O'Connor holds a commanding lead over Gerald Lent for Ossining superintendent of highways with 85 percent of precincts reporting, highlighting the town's races, according to unofficial results.
O'Connor has collected 73 percent of the vote to Lent's 27 percent as of 11 p.m.
In the town's other contested race, Democrats Kim Jeffrey (49 percent) and Incumbent Northern Wilcher (44 percent) hold a lead over Independent Glenn Oldhoff Jr., in a race for two seats
Democrat Susanne Donnelly ran unopposed for Ossining supervisor.
Democrat Gloria Fried ran unopposed for receiver of taxes. Nancy Quinn Koba ran unopposed for town justice.
Democrats Robert Daraio and Manuel Quezada ran unopposed for trustees of the village of Ossining.
