OSSINING, N.Y. -- David Carlucci was easily elected to a third term in the 38th State Senate District.
According to unofficial results from the New York State Board of Elections, Carlucci leads Donna Held 41,495 votes to 18,478 votes, 69.2 percent to 30.8 percent, with 100 percent of the vote reported.
Carlucci, a Democrat, was running for a third term against Held, a Republican. Both candidates live in Rockland County.
The 38th Senate District covers all of Rockland County, Ossining and Briarcliff Manor.
