WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - After experiencing intermittent phone line issues with 911 service for most of Tuesday afternoon, service has now been restored, state police announced just before 6 p.m.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - Westchester is currently experiencing intermittent phone line issues with 911 service, state police said Tuesday just after 11 a.m.

On Tuesday morning, state police noted that they are experiencing issues with their phone lines. Anyone attempting to call 911 for fire, police or EMS services in Westchester County that cannot complete their call can dial (914) 742-6116.

Police said that they are currently working to correct the problem. More information is expected to be released later today. Keep following Daily Voice for updates.
