Ossining Police Arrest Man For Felony DWI

OSSINING, N.Y. – Ossining police arrested a man in the early hours of Sunday, Sept. 28, on charges of felony driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Cesar Noble, 60, of Beacon, was also charged with failure to use an interlock device, a misdemeanor, when he was found asleep in his running car on Route 9A.

Noble is legally required to drive a vehicle with an interlock device due to a previous DWI conviction.
