Ossining Man Tried To Ditch Drugs, Police Say

OSSINING, N.Y. -- An Ossining man is facing two drug-related felonies after he allegedly attempted to throw out heroin and crack-cocaine in front of state troopers on Monday, according to LoHud.com.

Cecil House, 37, was pulled over on Interstate 287 for alleged traffic violations and for having a blood alcohol content of 0.16, according to LoHud.com. 

Upon his arrest, House was allegedly found in possession of crack-cocaine and heroin. House then allegedly tried to dispose of the drugs in the trash at the New Rochelle barracks, LoHud.com reported.
