OSSINING, N.Y. — A 32-year-old Ossining man has been arrested and a second man is in critical condition after being stabbed in the neck Saturday afternoon for the second time in two months, police said, according to a story on LoHud.com.

Teair Ridenhour, of Ossining, was charged with second-degree attempted murder, a felony, and was being held without bail in the Westchester County jail, the LoHud.com story said.

Ridenhour and the victim were arguing outside of an auto repair shop at Broad Avenue and Spring Street when the alleged stabbing occurred at about 2:30 p.m., Ossining police Lt. William Sullivan told LoHud.com. The victim had his throat slashed and stabbed with a “cutting instrument,” Sullivan told LoHud.com.

The victim was taken to Westchester Medical Center where he underwent surgery, officials told LoHud.com.
