Ossining Man Gets Second DWI Charge

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining Police arrested a man who was allegedly asleep at the wheel and intoxicated last week. The driver of the vehicle is still in court awaiting the result of a previous DWI arrest, according to Patch.com.
