OSSINING, N.Y. -- The Village of Ossining Fire Department responded to a call after smoke alarms were triggered Monday, Nov. 18 at Roosevelt School.
The smoke alarms were triggered when exhaust fans in the kitchen did not properly circulate smoke from the oven out of the building.
After assessing the incident, fire officials deemed the building safe for re-entry. No one was in harms way as a result of the smoke.
