Man Stopped On Bear Mountain Parkway Had 33 Grams Of Marijuana, Police Say

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – Curtis M. Murray, 31, of Peekskill was arrested Saturday on a charge of criminal possession of marijuana, State Police said.

State troopers were patrolling the Bear Mountain Parkway in the City of Peekskill, where they conducted a vehicle and traffic stop on a blue 2012 Honda Pilot, police said.  

A subsequent interview and investigation revealed that Murray, the passenger, was in possession of 33.8 grams of marijuana, according to police.

Murray was processed and issued a ticket to appear in Peekskill City Court on Jan. 26.
