OSSINING, N. Y. -- No one was injured Saturday in a fire at a vacant Ossining building that officials believe may have been caused by an electrical shortage sparked by construction at the building, News 12 Westchester is reporting.
It started at around 7 a.m. Saturday in the building on Spring Street. News 12 Westchester said it is unclear if the building is planned for residential or office use.
