CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks are looking for witnesses to an automobile accident that took place at approximately 4:10 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22, officials said.
The accident involved a black BMW SUV that rolled over on Colabaugh Pond Road, State Police said.
A black male suspect was observed running from the scene on Colabaough Pond Road towards Mount Airy Road, according to State Police.
Any witnesses to the crash or the suspects flight are asked to contact the State Police at (914) 737-7171. All calls will be kept confidential.
