To the editor:
We are so fortunate Dana Levenberg decided to run for the Ossining Town Supervisor position. She brings with her such knowledge about how local and state governments work and the multitude of issues that must be considered.
In addition to that government experience, Dana has served for nine years on the Ossining School Board, where she worked diligently to help the school district achieve its goals in challenging economic times. It is so important all our governments and school districts work together to make our communities even better and to address ways to share services to lower our tax burden.
Levenberg is in the perfect position having worked with so many entities to make a real positive impact in how our public services are provided to us. I have known her for more than 10 years as a person who has been committed to making Ossining the best it can be.
I ask that you give Dana Levenberg a chance to make a difference for all of us through your vote on Election Day.
