OSSINING, N.Y. - Pedro Rama of Ossining died Jan. 15. He was 71.
Rama was born Feb. 15, 19242, in Muros, La Coruna, Spain, to Francisco Rama Abeijon and Manuela Rama Cambeiro Rama. After coming to the United States, he worked as an assembly line operator at General Motors and retired from the Linden, N.J., plant after 28 years.
Rama is survived by his wife, Maria; daughters, Maria (Jose) Ojito, Eva Araya, and Liset (Ramiro) Miranda; and seven grandchildren.
Calling hours are Thursday, Jan. 16 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Coffey Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17 at Transfiguration Church with interment to follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
