Patricia Farrell, Former Resident Of Ossining, Worked For PepsiCo

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - Pat (Brophy) Farrell of Croton-on-Hudson, formerly of Ossining, died Monday, Dec. 15. She was 75.

Farrell was born Nov. 29, 1939, in Tarrytown, to John and Frances (Buchner) Brophy. She was president of Nor-Court Seniors of Cortlandt, an honorary member of the Westchester County Volunteers Fireman's Association, member of the Hudson Valley Volunteer Firemen's Association Ladies Auxiliary, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Firemen's Association of the State of New York. She worked as a data entry supervisor for PepsiCo.

Farrell is survived by her husband, James; sons, James Jr. of Ossining, Donald (Shelly) of Ossining; daughters, Denise (Jonathan) Samuels of Pine Bush, Donna (Brian) Puff of Tarrytown and Debra of Virginia Beach; seven grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; sisters, Debra (Stephen) Frondelli and Dejay (Brian) Cohen; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Robert, John and Richard; and infant children, John and Debra.

Calling hours are Tuesday, Dec. 15 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, Dec. 17 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Leach & Thomas, Inc., 32 State St. Ossining. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18 at St. Ann's Church. Burial at St. Augustine's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
