PRESCOTT, Ariz. - Michele (Mike) Iamiceli, formerly of Ossining, died July 29. He was 93.
Iamiceli was born May 8, 1920, in Sassinoro, Italy, to Giuseppe and Maria (Polombo) Iamiceli. He was a veteran of World War II. He retired as agent cashier from the VA Hospital in Montrose.
Iamiceli is survived by his son, Albert Iamiceli (Linda); daughter, Rita Morrison (Stephen); five grandchildren; a great-grandson; sister-in-law, Mary Iamiceli (Rocco); and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Maria (Parente) Iamiceli.
Calling hours are Friday, Aug 2 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State St. Ossining. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug 3 at St. Ann's Church, burial St. Augustine's Cemetery.
