OSSINING, N.Y. - Michele Conte, a resident of Ossining, died Sunday, Sept. 22. He was 85.
Conte was born Sept. 21, 1928, in Sassinoro, Benevento, Italy, son of Carmine and Giuseppina (Polzella) Conte.
Conte is survived by his wife, Filomena (Velardo); children, Carmine; daughter-in-law, Maria; Giuseppina (Pasquale) Picca; five grandchildren; three sisters; and a brother.
Calling hours are Wednesday, Sept. 25 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Dorsey Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Ann's Church in Ossining. Interment St. Augustine's Cemetery.
