Born in New York City, she was the daughter of Anthony and Margaret Cirillo.
Bodnar lived in Ossining with her family for more than 40 years before moving to Scottsdale, Ariz. She ran a family business with her husband, William.
She was a long-time member of St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church and an active volunteer at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Tarrytown.
She is survived by her sister Catherine Nulty; brother Joseph Cirillo; sons William Bodnar and Kenneth Bodnar; daughter Patricia Bodnar; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Her husband preceded her in death.
Private services will be followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, Route 9 at Route 117, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591.
