OSSINING, N.Y. – Guido Iamiceli, of Ossining, died on Monday, Aug. 24, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. He was 60.
Iamiceli was born on Oct. 16, 1954, in Sassinoro, Italy to Antonio and Maria Lucia (Apollonio) Iamiceli.
He served in the Air Force after graduation, and worked as a contractor. He was a member of Christopher Columbus Lodge 692, American Legion Post 506, and the Ossining Moose Lodge 1460.
Iamiceli is survived by his wife Rosa; daughter Nadia, son Daniele; three sisters, Giovanna Cannas and partner, Natale, Maria Federico and her husband, Stefano, Grace Bueti and brother Franco and his wife, Donna.
Visiting hours are on Thursday at 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday at 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Leach & Thomas, at 32 State St. in Ossining.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at noon at St. Ann's Church.
Interment will follow at St. Augustine's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Trauma Unit at Westchester County Medical Center are appreciated.
