OSSINING, N.Y. -- Gerault Rotondo of the Bronx died on Friday, March 10. He was 67.
Rotondo was born on July 17, 1948, in Manhattan to Francis and Lilian Deal Rotondo. He was educated in New York and graduated from the Performing Arts School.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the City College of New York and a master’s degree in communication from Columbia University.
Rotondo was a teacher in the New York City School District and was a writer and poet. He is survived by his daughter Kim Jeffrey of Ossining, sister Yolanda Rotondo of Brooklyn, and niece Nichole Flores of Queens.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 17, at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery in Ossining at noon.
