Eugene P. Frasca, 91, Of Ossining, Attorney At N.Y. Surrogate Court

OSSINING, N.Y. - Eugene P. Frasca, a resident of Ossining for 59 years, died Wednesday, July 24. He was 91.

Frasca was born Oct. 10, 1921, in N.Y. City, son of Phillip and Elvira (Maresca) Frasca. He was a graduate of St. John's University in Brooklyn with his undergraduate in history and then continued and received his masters degree in education. His education was interrupted by his service as a sergeant in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Upon returning from the Air Force he attended N.Y. Law where he received his doctorate in law.

Frasca worked as an attorney at the N.Y. City Welfare Department. He then worked at the N.Y. Surrogate Court as an attorney assisting Judge Samuel DiFalco. He then served as an attorney and law referee at the N.Y. Surrogate Court.

Frasca is survived by his daughters, Ellen (Feraidoon) Madjidi and Vera (Edward) Garrett; five grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary; and brother, Patrick.

Calling hours are Monday, July 29  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Dorsey. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 30  at St. Augustine's Church, Rte. 9, Ossining. The interment will follow at St. Augustine's Cemetery.
