OSSINING, N.Y. - Diane J. Carson of Ossining died Oct. 27. She was 69.
Carson was born Aug. 2, 1945, in Ossining, to Reginald and Florence (Brady) Craft. She worked as an administrative assistant for Chief Burton at the Ossining Police Dept. She worked prior for the Ossining School District and Ossining Recreation Dept.
Carson is survived by her daughters, Sharon Verdejo, Denise Barone, Melissa Carson, Jennifer Carson; brother, Robert Craft; and eight grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Jean Trizinsky.
Calling hours are Tuesday, Oct. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, Oct. 29 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Leach & Thomas, Inc., 32 State St., Ossining. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30 at St. Augustine's Church. Burial at St. Augustine's Cemetery.
