Anthony J. Bosco, 76, Of Ossining, Retired Financial Analyst For IBM

OSSINING, N.Y. - Anthony J. Bosco, Jr. of Ossining died Dec. 20. He was 76.

Bosco was born Sept. 21, 1937, in Peekskill and was raised in Garrison. He was the son of Anthony J. Bosco, Sr. and Lucy Fraher. He was a graduate of Fairfield University and received his master's degree from Iona College. He served in the National Guard during the 1960's. He lived in Ossining since 1966 and worked as a financial analyst for IBM for over 30 years before retiring.

He was a parishioner of St. Theresa Church, Briarcliff Manor where he served as a eucharistic minister. He was a member of the Ossining Fire Dept., Independent Hose Co. #6. He served as a deputy fire coordinator for Westchester County, member of the Westchester County Volunteer Firemen's Association, Hudson Valley Volunteer Firemen's Association and the Firemen's Association of the State of New York where he had served all organizations in officer roles.

Bosco is survived by his wife, Kathleen; daughter, Laurie; a granddaughter; sister, Judy Meyer; and several nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Greg.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 23 at St. Theresa Church, Briarcliff Manor. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
