Angelina Gallicani, 96, Of Ossining

OSSINING, N.Y. – Angelina Gallicani of Ossining died Monday, Aug. 5. She was 96.

Gallicani was born Dec. 23, 1915, in Ossining to Joseph and Marguerite Celi Gallicani. She worked for the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers for 35 years. Gallicani loved sewing, knitting and crocheting.

She is survived by a nephew, Phillip Marconi; and three nieces, Marie Nolan, Bonnie Marconi and Connie Marconi. Gallicani was predeceased by brother, Adam; three sisters, Clara, Mary and Agnes; and four nephews.

Visiting hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Leach & Thomas Funeral Home in Ossining. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ann's Church in Ossining. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
