OSSINING, N.Y. – There’s no reason to leave the Ossining area this weekend if you’re looking for something to do. Here’s a list of weekend events in Ossining and Briarcliff Manor.

Friday

- Free drop-in help with computers at the Ossining Public Library from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. For more information, residents are asked to contact Cheryl at 941-2416 ext. 315.

Saturday
- The Ossining Public Library features a photography class from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. To register prior to the class, residents are asked to contact Director Jim Farrell at 941-2416 ext. 333. 
- Story Time and Crafts at the Briarcliff Manor Public Library. The event is for children ages two to six with a parent or guardian. Registration is recommended at 941-7072.

Sunday
- A free one-woman performance for Black History Month called “Harlem on My Mind” with Julia Breanetta Simpson. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. for the 3 p.m. show in the Ossining Public Library’s Budarz Theatre.
