OSSINING, N.Y. -- An accident on the northbound Taconic State Parkway that had blocked two lanes continues to cause delays as an investigation is under way at the scene in Ossining on Monday morning.
The accident, at Route 134 in Ossining, was reported at 6:15 a.m., and is causing stop-and-go traffic to Pinesbridge Road.
