OSSINING, N.Y. -- An Ossining man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after he was accused of hitting a pedestrian crossing sign and attempting to urinate in front of a police officer on Friday, Dec. 13, according to Patch.com.
Ossining police pulled the suspect over after he ran a stop sign and hit the pedestrian crossing sign in the middle of the road. When the officer told the suspect to stay put and returned to his cruiser, the man allegedly got out of his car and attempted to urinate, Patch.com reported.
The man submitted to a breath test that revealed his blood alcohol content to be .18 percent. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest, according to Patch.com.
