Route 118 Reopens After Accident Involving Pedestrian, Vehicle

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. --- A stretch of Route 118 in Yorktown Heights has reopened after a personal injury automobile accident involving a pedestrian, Yorktown Police said at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The road had been closed between Downing Drive and Underhill Avenue. The intersection of Route 118 and Allan Avenue/Kear Street was also closed.

The condition of the pedestrian has not yet been reported.
